Meet Our Team

Executive Director - Lexy Lattimore (she/her)
Hometown: Chelmsford, MA
Why the CCA is so important to you personally: I love the CCA so much! I believe the arts are one of our greatest tools to build community, heal, explore, and grow. I feel honored to bring high quality programs, third spaces, theater, and teen support to my hometown.
BIO: I grew up in Chelmsford, graduating from Chelmsford High School in 2010. My arts training began in this town and allowed me to pursue a professional career in theater, music, and dance. After graduating, I attended Duke University where I studied history and received honors in dance. My history degree has equipped me to operate in our beautiful historical building, artfully merging the past with the present. I went on to dance professionally in two contemporary ballet companies, touring professionally in Cuba and traveling to Spain, Italy, and Australia sharing my love for dance. Although I adore being on the stage, I have a deep passion for community building, youth development, and healing. In 2021, I received my master's in social work from Case Western Reserve University, graduating magna cum laude in my studies of community trauma, neighborhood revitalization, and collective healing through the arts. I am excited to bring my diverse experience to create a vibrant, fun, and safe space for all.

Technical Director - Dan Adamsky (he/they)
Hometown: Pelham, NH
Why the CCA is so important to you personally: Having been TD at the CCA since 2021, I'm passionate about providing a safe, fun, and inviting space for the community to create and come together.
BIO: I'm an artist and maker in many fields from music to woodworking, but I have more than 20 years of experience in theatre and live events. Having worked at various times as a director, stage manager, stage carpenter and electrician, the majority of my experience has been as a sound designer and live audio engineer. After 5 years in New York City, working on shows at every level from elementary school to Off Broadway, I moved to the Bay Area and worked for multiple theatre companies for several years before transitioning to corporate events. For 2 years, I managed audiovisual services for all events at the Mission Bay Conference Center on the UCSF campus in San Francisco. Bringing my skills back home to New England in 2021, I'm delighted to be part of the team at CCA, and I'm excited to continue the work to create a fulfilling and exciting community art space in Chelmsford.

Why the CCA is so important to you personally: The Chelmsford Center for the Arts has always been a place close to my heart. I grew up performing on the CCA stage and I have also attended countless CCA events with my family over the years. Having the chance to help it continue to flourish is something I am deeply honored to be a part of.
BIO: After graduating from Chelmsford High School in 2002, I launched my digital marketing firm, Platinum Circle Media. Through that, I have been honored to create marketing and social media campaigns for Grammy, CMA, ACM and JUNO Award Winning artists. I have also designed digital advertising content for numerous Fortune 500 companies, record labels, music venues, and businesses. Before transitioning to a career on the business side of music, I began my journey as a songwriter and artist, performing at venues around the country. As a songwriter, more than 30 of my songs have been recorded by artists worldwide and as an artist I am proud to have shared the stage and opened for artists such as LeAnn Rimes, Reba McEntire, Wynonna, Willie Nelson, Vince Gill, Amy Grant, Martina McBride, Darius Rucker, Tanya Tucker and others. I had the honor of performing the National Anthem for President Bill Clinton when I was 16 years old. When I am not working on digital marketing, I co-host the Country Music Success Stories podcast with Boston radio icon, Candy O'Terry and I am the host & co-producer of the television show, CountryLineTV airing Nationally on the Heartland Network and globally on the CountryLine app.
