For public event bookings, such as concerts, comedy shows and more, please email our Assistant Director, Timmy Chase, at tchase@chelmsfordma.gov, and CC our Executive Director, lcochran@chelmsfordma.gov

RENTAL DATE HOLD POLICY:
Once you have received a response to your application form confirming your rental, you will receive an email with a contract and instructions on how to pay your rental deposit. If the contract is not completed and the deposit is not paid within 48 hours of your booking confirmation, the hold on your rental date will be released, and we will not move forward with your booking.
ACCESSIBILITY
Our building is fully accessible with an elevator to carry guests to all levels, as well as to the stage itself. Guests may enter at ground level at our new main entrance from the parking lot or by way of the Ceremonial Entry, taking the grand double staircase to Veterans Memorial Auditorium.
