CCA Rental Application Form

Please fill out this form to submit your private rental inquiry.

This form is for PRIVATE RENTALS ONLY. To inquire about public event bookings, such as concerts or theatrical performances, please email tchase@chelmsfordma.gov.

We will reach out to you via email within two business days (Monday – Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays) to let you know whether or not we are able to move forward with your booking request.

If the requested date, time, or venue is not available, we will reach out directly with alternative options.

Please note, to ensure the privacy of our renters, the CALENDAR page on our site only reflects public events, and therefore does not reflect the full availability of the CCA at a given time.

Please note: Once you have received a response to your application form confirming your rental, you will receive an email with a digital contract and instructions on how to pay your rental deposit. If the contract is not completed and the deposit is not paid within 48 hours of your booking confirmation, the hold on your rental date will be released, and we will not move forward with your booking.
